§ 2614. Discrimination because of past lawful travel. No insurer or\nentity authorized to offer the kinds of insurance specified in paragraph\none, two or three of subsection (a) of section one thousand one hundred\nthirteen of this chapter, nor any agent, officer or employee of such\ninsurer or entity shall make any distinction or otherwise discriminate\nbetween persons, reject an applicant, cancel a policy or demand or\nrequire a higher rate of premium for reasons associated with an\napplicant's or insured's past lawful travel experiences.\n
