  § 209-n. Continuance of rules and regulations. Upon the transfer\npursuant to section two hundred nine-d of this article of the functions\nand powers possessed by and all of the obligations and duties of the\nscience and technology foundation as established pursuant to article\nten-A of the public authorities law to the office as prescribed by\nsection two hundred nine-d of this article, except as otherwise provided\nin section two hundred nine-f of this article, all rules, regulations,\nacts, determinations and decisions of the science and technology\nfoundation, pertaining to the functions transferred and assigned by this\narticle to the office in force at the time of such transfer, assignment,\nassumption or devolution shall continue in force and effect as rules,\nregulations, acts, d
