§ 209-f. Transfer of certain functions of the science and technology\nfoundation.

1.Transfer of the small business technology investment\nfund. Upon the transfer pursuant to section two hundred nine-d of this\narticle of the functions and powers possessed by and all of the\nobligations and duties of the science and technology foundation as\nestablished pursuant to article ten-A of the public authorities law to\nthe office as prescribed by section two hundred nine-d of this article,\nnotwithstanding section twenty-eight of section one of chapter one\nhundred seventy-four of the laws of nineteen hundred sixty-eight, the\nadministration of the small business technology investment fund shall be\ntransferred and assigned to, assumed by and devolved upon the urban\ndevelopment corporation, an
