§ 209-i. Transfer of records. Upon the transfer pursuant to section\ntwo hundred nine-d of this article of the functions and powers possessed\nby and all of the obligations and duties of the science and technology\nfoundation as established pursuant to article ten-A of the public\nauthorities law to the office as prescribed by section two hundred\nnine-d of this article, except as otherwise provided in section two\nhundred nine-f of this article, all books, papers, records and property\npertaining to the science and technology foundation shall be transferred\nto and maintained by the office.\n
