§ 209-g. Transfer of assets and liabilities. Upon the transfer\npursuant to section two hundred nine-d of this article of the functions\nand powers possessed by and all of the obligations and duties of the\nscience and technology foundation as established pursuant to article\nten-A of the public authorities law to the office as prescribed by\nsection two hundred nine-d of this article, except as otherwise provided\nin section two hundred nine-f of this article, all assets and\nliabilities of the science and technology foundation are hereby\ntransferred to and assumed by the office.\n
