§ 209-l. Existing rights and remedies preserved. Upon the transfer\npursuant to section two hundred nine-d of this article of the functions\nand powers possessed by and all of the obligations and duties of the\nscience and technology foundation as established pursuant to article\nten-A of the public authorities law to the office as prescribed by\nsection two hundred nine-d of this article, except as otherwise provided\nin section two hundred nine-f of this article, no existing right or\nremedy of the state, including the science and technology foundation,\nshall be lost, impaired or affected by reason of this article.\n
