§ 3-0302. Review of state-owned lands.\n Within amounts appropriated therefor, by January first, nineteen\nhundred ninety-five, the commissioner, in consultation with the New York\nstate biodiversity research institute created pursuant to section two\nhundred thirty-five-a of the education law, shall conduct a review of\nlands currently in state-ownership and under the department's\njurisdiction to identify lands and waters that harbor plants, animals,\nand ecological communities that are rare in New York state.\n
