§ 3-0115. Establishment of forestry and wildlife management areas by\n United States; consent of state.\n 1. To implement and supplement federal statutes now in effect and to\nauthorize the acquisition by the United States of America of upland area\nfor conservation purposes, the consent of the State of New York is\nhereby granted to the United States of America:\n a. To acquire, on or before July 1, 1940, by means of purchase,\ndevise, gift or condemnation such upland areas in the State of New York\nand outside the statutory boundaries of the Adirondack and Catskill\nparks as are necessary and suitable for forestry and wildlife management\nareas; and\n b.
