§ 3-0101. Continuation of department.\n The Department of Environmental Conservation, which was established by\nchapter 140 of the Laws of 1970, is hereby continued, and all the\npowers, functions, duties and obligations possessed by the department\npursuant to such chapter immediately preceding the effective date of\nthis chapter are hereby continued.\n
