§ 10-126. Military voting; applicability of general provisions. The\ngeneral provisions of this chapter shall apply to this article, except\nas they are inconsistent herewith. The provisions of this article shall\nbe liberally construed for the purpose of providing military voters the\nopportunity to vote. The state board of elections shall have power to\nadopt and promulgate regulations to effectuate the provisions of this\narticle.\n
