§ 10-118. Military voting; costs of. The cost of printing, mailing,\nreturn postage, and all other costs and expenses incurred in connection\nwith the administration of this article (other than those of the state\nboard of elections), shall be a county charge, and in the city of New\nYork, shall be a city charge, and shall be appropriated and paid in the\nsame manner as all other election costs.\n
