§ 10-124. Military voting; state board of elections; regulatory\npowers.
1.The state board of elections is hereby authorized to take\nsuch steps and do such things as, in its opinion, are necessary to make\neffective the provisions of any other legislation, in order to utilize\nfully any federal or other facilities in the distribution of military\nballots. The state board of elections shall have power to adopt and\npromulgate orders or regulations adopting, with respect to the military\nvoters of this state, the provisions of that legislation.\n 2. The state board of elections shall be responsible for providing\ninformation regarding voter registration procedures and ballot\nprocedures applicable to military and special federal voters wishing to\nregister or vote in any jurisdiction o
