§ 258-hh. Entry, inspection and investigation. Any person designated\nby the commissioner shall have access to and may enter at all reasonable\nhours all places where foreign imported dry milk powder is being\npackaged or stored for sale or distribution in the state of New York, or\nwhere the books, papers, records or documents relating to such\ntransactions are kept and shall have power to inspect and copy the same,\nand may administer oaths and take testimony for the purpose of\nascertaining facts which in the judgment of the commissioner are\nnecessary to administer this article.\n
