§ 258-dd. Registration. Any person who sells, offers or exposes for\nsale, or has or possesses for sale other than exclusively at retail, any\ndry milk powder originating from any area outside the continental United\nStates including Alaska and Hawaii, shall, not later than the first day\nof January of each year, register with the commissioner upon a form\nprescribed by the commissioner. The registration form shall state such\nfacts concerning registrant's circumstances and the nature of the\nbusiness to be conducted as in the opinion of the commissioner are\nnecessary for the administration of this article. The registration\nperiod shall be for twelve months.\n
