§ 258-ff. Reports. Each person who sells or distributes, other than\nexclusively at retail, dry milk powder originating from any area outside\nthe continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii shall, from\ntime to time, as required by rule or order of the commissioner, make and\nfile a verified report on forms prescribed by the commissioner of all\nmatters on account of which a record is required to be kept, together\nwith such other information or facts as the commissioner may deem\npertinent and material within the scope of the purpose and intent of\nthis article.\n
