§ 258-ee. Records. The commissioner may require persons who sell or\ndistribute, other than exclusively at retail, dry milk powder\noriginating from any area outside the continental United States\nincluding Alaska and Hawaii to keep the following records:\n 1. A record of all dry milk powder received, detailed as to location,\nand as to names and addresses of suppliers.\n 2. A record of all dry milk powder sold classified as to location and\nmarket outlet and size and style of container, with prices and amounts\nreceived therefor.\n 3. A record of quantities and prices of dry milk powder sold.\n 4. Such other records and information as the commissioner may deem\nnecessary for the proper enforcement of this article.\n
