§ 208. Manufacture and sale of misbranded vinegar prohibited. No\nperson, firm or corporation shall manufacture, sell, offer, expose or\nhave in possession for sale in this state:\n 1. Any vinegar defined herein not in compliance herewith.\n 2. Any vinegar or product in imitation of cider or apple vinegar which\nis not cider or apple vinegar unless the labeling complies with\nsubdivision three of section two hundred one of this article.\n 3. As or for cider or apple vinegar any vinegar or product which is\nnot cider or apple vinegar.\n
