§ 20-a. Search warrant in aid of the commissioner of agriculture. A\nsearch warrant, in the name of the people, directed to a police officer\ncommanding him to search for dairy products, imitations thereof and\nsubstitutes therefor, to open any place of business, factory, building,\nstore, bakery, hotel, tavern, boarding house, restaurant, saloon, lunch\ncounter, place of public entertainment, carriage, car, boat, package,\nvessel, barrel, box, tub or can, containing, or believed to contain the\nsame, in the possession or under the control of any person who shall\nrefuse to allow the same to be inspected or samples taken therefrom by\nthe commissioner of agriculture, a deputy commissioner or any person or\nofficer authorized by the commissioner or by the agriculture and markets\nlaw or
