§ 201-f. Retail sale of halal food or food products.

1.Any person who\nsells or offers for sale in the same place of business meat, meat\npreparations, meat by-products, poultry or other food or food products\nthat are represented as both halal and non-halal shall indicate in\nwindow signs, in block letters at least four inches in height, "halal\nand non-halal meat sold here" or "halal and non-halal food sold here."\n 2. All fresh meat, meat preparations, meat by-products and poultry\nsold or offered for sale at retail as halal shall be marked on the label\nwhen packaged, or by a sign when not packaged, as the case may be. Such\nwords, when marked on a label or a sign, shall be in letters at least as\nlarge as the letters of the words on the label or sign designating such\nmeat, meat p
