§ 7.15. Regulations for admission and scholastic credits. The\ncommissioner of education may make such regulations in relation to the\nadmission of applicants into any of the facilities operated and\nmaintained by the summer school of the arts. The commissioner may\nfurther promulgate all such rules which in his discretion are necessary\nand proper to effectuate the foregoing, and in addition thereto specify\nand further prescribe all scholastic credits and the degree thereof that\nmay be granted to the students attending the facilities of the summer\nschool of the arts upon successful completion of courses provided.\n
