§ 7.03. Object of the summer school. The primary object of the summer\nschool of the arts is to provide to high school and college students,\nwho are residents of the state of New York, having exceptional artistic\nskills and talents and who are interested in pursuing professional\ncareers in the arts, an opportunity to receive advanced training and\ninstruction on the highest professional level from artists who are\ndistinctly qualified by background, training, and experience to provide\nsuch instruction, at locations to be determined by the commissioner of\neducation.\n
