§ 7.11. Tuition. The executive director shall, subject to the approval\nof the commissioner of education and the director of the budget, fix and\ndetermine the amount of tuition to be paid by each applicant for\nadmission. Such tuition may be paid by the local school district\nwherein such applicant resides in whole or in part. Payment of such\ntuition may be waived in whole or in part by the executive director upon\na proper showing of financial hardship by an applicant for admission.\n
