§ 48:14-15 — Construction and maintenance of necessary works
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
Every steam and water power company organized under the laws of this State may construct, maintain, improve and repair all such embankments, reservoirs, aqueducts, culverts, locks, bridges and other works as it may deem convenient and necessary for the public purposes of this article. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 169.
