Text
Every steam and water power company organized under the laws of this State shall commence its proposed dams and works within 2 years from the date of its organization, and complete the dams and cut or acquire its main canals or raceways within 3 years from the date of commencement aforesaid. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 168.
