§ 34:8A-17 — Severability
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, shall be held invalid, the remainder of the act and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. L.1975, c. 49, s. 9, eff. April 7, 1975.
