Text
The Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industry is specifically authorized to enforce the provisions of this act and to promulgate all rules and regulations which, in his discretion, are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. L.1971, c. 192, s. 9, eff. June 7, 1971.
