§ 34:8A-16 — Agreement by employee to waive or modify rights; invalidity
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
Any agreement by an employee purporting to waive or to modify his rights hereunder, shall be void as contrary to public policy. L.1975, c. 49, s. 8, eff. April 7, 1975.
