Text
Upon a violation of any of the provisions of this act, any aggrieved seasonal farm worker, the commissioner or the Attorney General are specifically authorized to institute a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief to restrain the violation and for such other further relief as the court shall deem proper. In such an action the court may proceed in a summary manner. Neither the institution of the action, nor any of the proceedings therein, shall relieve any party to such proceedings from the penalty prescribed for a violation of this act. L.1971, c. 192, s. 7, eff. June 7, 1971.
