Text

The commissioner may refuse to renew and may revoke or suspend any certificate of registration after a hearing upon reasonable notice if the applicant: a. Fails to comply with the provisions of this act or any rules and regulations promulgated hereunder; b. Knowingly misrepresents to any seasonal farm worker facts relating to working conditions and hours or to the wages to be paid; c. Knowingly misrepresents any material fact in his application for a crew leader certificate of registration; d. Violates any State or Federal labor or criminal law; or e. Is not in fact the real party in interest in holding such certificate of registration and that the real party in interest in any such application or certificate of registration is a person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation which
