The Nursing Home Administrator's Licensing Board is hereby empowered within the limits of appropriations made available to it and on a cost reimbursable basis, to obtain the services of any State department and State employee necessary to carry out its duties. L.1968, c. 356, s. 18, eff. Jan. 1, 1970.
