The State Board of Control, after serving the licensee with specific charges in writing, at least 30 days in advance of a hearing, and after hearing, may deny, revoke, or suspend any and all licenses granted under authority of this act to any person violating the provisions of this act, or the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder. L.1968, c. 356, s. 6, eff. Jan. 1, 1970.
