Text

Upon receipt of an application for license and a license fee of $100, and an examination fee of $100, the department shall cause an investigation to be made of the applicant and shall issue a license if it is found that said applicant is of good moral character and complies with the provisions of this act, the regulations of the department and the minimum standards established for the administration of a convalescent home or private nursing home. The license shall not be transferable or assignable and shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises wherein the individual acts as an administrator, as prescribed by the regulations of the department.
