Text
The Nursing Home Administrator's Licensing Board shall afford the licensee an opportunity for a prompt and fair hearing before deciding on the matter of suspension, revocation or denial of any license. The procedure governing such hearing shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the department adopted by The Board of Control and with the consent of the nursing home administrator's licensing board. Either party may be represented by counsel of their own choosing, subpoena witnesses and compel their attendance on forms furnished by the department. L.1968, c. 356, s. 7, eff. Jan. 1, 1970.
