Text
Application for license required by this act shall be made upon forms furnished by the Commissioner of the Department of Institutions and Agencies. The applicant shall be required to furnish evidence of his or her ability to comply with the minimum standards for administrators to successfully supervise the institution for which the license is sought. L.1968, c. 356, s. 2, eff. Jan. 1, 1970.
