Text
The Commissioner of the Department of Institutions and Agencies shall arrange for prompt and fair hearings on all such cases, render written decisions stating his conclusions and reasons therefor upon each matter heard, and is empowered to enter orders of denial, suspension or revocation consistent with the circumstances in each case. L.1968, c. 356, s. 9, eff. Jan. 1, 1970.
