§ 2A:65-7 — Accidental fires excepted
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
No civil action for waste shall be maintained against any person as the result of damage caused by any accidental fire, except as may otherwise be provided by contract. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
