New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
No hospital or other health care facility shall be required to provide abortion or sterilization services or procedures. L.1974, c. 111, s. 2, eff. Oct. 2, 1974.
