§ 2A:65A-3 — Refusal to perform or provide services or procedures; nonliability
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The refusal to perform, assist in the performance of, or provide abortion services or sterilization procedures shall not constitute grounds for civil or criminal liability, disciplinary action or discriminatory treatment. L.1974, c. 111, s. 3, eff. Oct. 2, 1974.
