Text
If any part of this act shall be invalid, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts of this act. If a part of this act is invalid in one or more of its applications, the remaining parts of this act shall remain in effect in all valid applications that are severable from the invalid application. L.1974, c. 111, s. 4, eff. Oct. 2, 1974.
