§ 2A:65-2 — Waste by tenant without special license
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
No tenant in dower or curtesy or for life, years or any term, shall, during the term, make or suffer any waste, sale or destruction of any property belonging to the tenements demised, without special license in writing. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
