§ 2A:168-25 — Effective when other states enact similar legislation
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
This act shall take effect when any two or more States party to the compact shall enact substantially similar legislation to this act. L.1953, c. 83, p. 1008, s. 8.
