§ 2A:168-16 — Compact deemed ratified, when
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The aforesaid compact with any other states shall be deemed to have been ratified by this state when executed by the governor of this state and such other state. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
