§ 2A:168-15 — Constitutionality
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
If any section, sentence, subdivision or clause of this act is for any reason held invalid or to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this act. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
