Text
Any heir may maintain a civil action for the waste or destruction of his inheritance, whether such waste occurred in the lifetime of his ancestor or thereafter. The judgment in such an action shall be for the recovery of the inheritance wasted or its money value if such recovery is impossible, and treble damages. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
