§ 18A:8-50 — Governing of new district.

8.Unless otherwise provided in this act, a new district formed pursuant to section 2 of this act shall be governed by the provisions of chapter 13 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes. L.2009, c.78, s.8.
