§ 18A:8-16 — Effective date of creation of new district after adoption of question
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
If the question is adopted at said election, the municipality initiating the proceeding shall be created a separate type II school district upon the beginning of the next ensuing school year. L.1967, c.271.
