§ 18A:8-13 — Grant or denial of petition.

18A:8-13. Within 60 days after the receipt of the petition and answers, the Commissioner of Education shall grant the application and determine the amount of indebtedness, if any, to be assumed by the remaining and new districts, respectively, or deny the same. amended 2015, c.95, s.2.
