§ 18A:8-1 — Municipalities as separate school districts; exceptions
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Each municipality shall be a separate local school district except as otherwise provided in this chapter and except that each incorporated village shall remain a part of the district in which it is situated at the time of its incorporation. L.1967, c.271.
