§ 18A:8-2 — Certain new municipalities as type II districts
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Whenever a new municipality other than a city is created from parts of two or more municipalities, such municipality shall be a separate type II school district from the time of appointment of the board of education for the new school district. L.1967, c.271.
