4.Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.2007, c.260 (C.18A:7F-43 et al.) to the contrary, for the purposes of calculating State school aid, both the former non-operating district and the district with which it is merged pursuant to the provisions of section 2 of this act shall continue to be considered separate school districts. L.2009, c.78, s.4.
